Customized Trainings and Technical Assistance The Center for Applied Research Solutions (CARS), formerly The EMT Group, administers the Mentoring Technical Assistance Contract that is funded through the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (ADP). Customized telephone and onsite assistance to community and school-based mentoring programs that desire more personalized and intensive support than the workshops and trainings can provide is available by submitting a Mentoring TA Application Form. Once the application is received and reviewed, CARS will assign a consultant who will contact you to discuss the scope of the request and the timeframe in which your organization needs to receive the assistance. CARS will confer with the consultant to determine the contractual agreement and to schedule the onsite TA dates with your organization. Service Includes PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
